"However, when my fiancé went to pick up the order, there was nothing ready for us. They were incredibly busy and had forgotten to inform us that they were out of the baked Italian chicken, and they hadn't prepared the sides we requested either. When I called to express my concerns, I didn't get much of a resolution, so I asked to speak to the manager. I believe his name is Mike, and he was fantastic!
I explained what had happened, and he offered to cook an alternative meat dish, deliver it to us (20 miles away), and provide us with a gift card for the inconvenience. Unfortunately, we had medical reasons that prevented us from making dinner ourselves, and it was too late to order from another place.
