"They exhibited zero quality control or checks, had food delivered from this location and the entire order was wrong, but not just wrong it was in horrible shape, fries were ice cold despite short delivery time, milkshakes were wrong and poorly mixed, drinks were just straight up sugar soda water and some of the flattest sodas I've ever gotten from a restaurant, the Dr. Pepper (if it even was) was nearly clear as water. The burgers were completely plain with no toppings of any kind despite both of us getting premium burgers. We took photos of every item with the receipt, which does show my name, and the delivery company refused refund which is unacceptable when we got every item wrong and in poor condition. The delivery company refused to give a reason despite multiple photos sent for the refusal, and despite 4 separate calls to the location no one answered the phone. Avoid this location, they are not up to steak n shake standards at all and its very unfortunate."
