"I went to buy a california burrito and when ordering over the phone, I asked the guy who took the order what ingredients were included since I like it a certain way. He confirmed that all the ingredients I like were included in that particular burrito, so I proceeded to place the order. When I got home, I cut my burrito in half and realized there was no sour cream, one of the main ingredients. I called the store to let them know about the incident, it wasn't a big deal. They told me they would replace it if they brought it back, so I did, considering I live in San Ysidro and they are in Chula Vista. When I got there, they made me another burrito and even made sure we wanted sour cream this time, as it should be. Once I got home again, I repeated the same process. I cut the burrito in half and again realized there was no sour cream so now I was frustrated and contacted the store again to let them know there was no sour cream again. My problem was not solved, so she asked the cook to do it again, and he said yes, he would put sour cream. I continued by telling him I would send a photo if necessary because I wasn't about to be called a liar. She then added that yes, I could send it to her phone and gave me her number. Immediately, while I had it on the phone, I took a photo from multiple angles, showing that there was no sour cream, just cheese; You can clearly notice the difference. Then she put me on speaker while showing the cook the photo I sent her, only to tell me that I was confused and that the cheese was the sour cream, when I had the burrito in front of me. I didn't want to argue and told him it was fine. I'm just not going back and I was going to write this review. She then sent me a message apologizing but still did nothing about it, starting to tell me I could come back and she would give me a refund. I declined their proposal, since it would be my third time going back and forth for something they should have already done right the first time. Not even McDonald's makes mistakes like that; It seems like the employees are more interested in gossiping about girls and girlfriends and how cute one is and how cute the other is, rather than paying attention to what they're doing. I do not recommend this place and I will not return. At one point it was our go to place, now I don't even want to recommend it to my family or friends because of the lack of customer service and lack of cooking skills. I could have made a better burrito at home; I was just lazy."
