"I'm not one to write bad reviews, but I'm genuinely disappointed with my experience/cake. I called (last minute) to order a cake for my daughters birthday, they said they were busy this weekend but will fit me in, which was appreciated. She asked me for some photos, which I sent, and recommended a flavor. I initially needed it for Saturday, then called and said the party will be on Sunday. They said it's fine, but we close at 2 so pick it up before then, which I said I will come around 2. I arrive at 150, and was told to come back by 230 because she's finishing up, another 10-15 minutes. I leave, come back around 220, proceed to wait until right before 3 to get the cake, which also was disappointing. Admittedly, I did say I was pretty easy going with the design, but my impression when you send inspo photos, it will be similar. And for the smash cake I really wanted a bee hive, which is not what I received. I understand that she was busy, but I think next time if it will take to 3, it would've been nice to know, I was hanging out, just wasting that hour when there were things I needed to do. Or say no if you can't fit someone in. Photos are my inspo I sent as well as what was received for full disclosure if my expectations are off. I have not tried the cake yet, hopefully the taste will make up for the rest."
