"I have always had a great experience at Buddy's Burgers in the past. However, my recent orders had some minor issues that I felt needed to be addressed. When I met Lance, the manager at the Kennett location, I was impressed with his dedication to customer satisfaction. Lance not only fixed the mix ups, but he also went above and beyond to make sure I was happy. I have no doubt that Lance cares deeply about making sure customers are completely satisfied. The food, including the delicious burgers and amazing fries (especially with cheese sauce), speaks for itself. The staff at Buddy's truly cares about their customers. When I am craving a burger, it's definitely Buddy's or nothing."
