"At one point, I struggled to reach a dessert on the bar. Although Heiley had her hands full, she paused her work, set her things down, and kindly offered, "Let me help you." She then proceeded to cut a piece for us and placed it on our plate.
I’ve had complete hip replacements on both hips, which she wasn’t aware of, but while I was clearing our table and trying to take our dirty dishes away, she noticed I was having trouble walking. She kindly took the plates from me, saying, "Here, let me take those for you and put them away." After that, she came back to assure me that if I needed anything at all, I shouldn’t hesitate to ask and that she would help in any way she could.
It was truly refreshing to meet such a kind, helpful, and courteous employee while dining out. Thanks to her, we had a wonderful visit and will definitely be returning to eat there again."
