"Disaster. And they're scamming here. Stopped in after a show across the street, my daughter was feeling nostalgic about going to 16 Handles when she was younger. I always thought it was a bit grimy, but this was the worst by far. Sticky floors, dirtysurfaces and machines, and the toppings area was a disgusting mess. Not one staff member was cleaning anything. WORST of all, mykid got one small swirl of (bad) yogurt with no toppings and it came to $5.25. Fine, of course stupidly expensive but whatever.I tapped, declined a receipt and was not shown a signature screen. Then when I left the shop, my charge came through as $7.25.What's that about? The cashier tipped herself 2 dollars, that's what. I went back and stood there for 20 minutes waiting for arefund but the chaos of the shop made it clear it wan't gonna happen. The other guy behind the counter admitted it had happenedbut shrugged about trying to fix it. This place is a joke. And it's foul. AVOID."
