"The staff at Honey Dew Donuts are friendly and well-informed, providing quick service regardless of the time. The only drawback is that they start closing early, about 15-30 minutes before the official closing time. For example, if they close at 6, they begin locking the doors at 5:30 and are completely closed by 5:45, even though they’re not supposed to do this."

"It was a decent place to stop by and eat. The gap in attention to detail is what keeps from return visits. Stopped in and ordered some food and coffee’s. The coffee was sad, ordered pour over coffee and witnessed them ruin it. I’ll just say the staff needs training on preparation of coffee. The food came out to order, the requested condiments did not. Server did not return. Parking is plentiful and there is plenty of room inside and covered patio."

"Located in the heart of the Stanford community, the atmosphere is lively with many people working, chatting, and simply enjoying their time. The decor adds to its charm, featuring pictures of famous Stanford alumni and interesting tables throughout the space. The vibe here is truly special! The staff is friendly and attentive. You can easily get water, add milk to your drink, or opt for a to-go order. They accept wireless transactions, and the coffee machine is top-notch. Prices are quite reasonable; my large cappuccino was only $4 plus tax. I genuinely enjoyed my visit and would highly recommend this place for meetings, studying, or just hanging out."

"The coffee is ok but honestly the most caring thing is in the drive through asking people to tip on their credit card. It’s awkward and it’s pretty much just upscale panhandling. Pay your workers a wage instead of having them beg for tips"

"I visited this morning and ordered a large Butterbear over ice. They mistakenly made me a medium but realized the error and tried to fix it by transferring it to a large cup and adding a lot of extra milk. When I received it, I noticed that they had just poured in milk, and after tasting it, I found that it was mostly milk. They told me the only way to remedy the situation was for me to buy another one. I paid for a large Butterbear, but all I got was a large cup of milk. I've been a loyal customer for years without any issues, so I'm really disappointed and probably won’t be coming back."

When I accidentally spilled my drink in my truck and Samantha saw me struggling, she not only offered to replace the drink but also helped me clean up the mess. "This Biggby location is one of our favorites in the area! The staff here are usually friendly. The drinks and bagels are sometimes better, the service seems faster, and they are conveniently located on the road to Bush Park. However, I have noticed that the quality can vary depending on the staff working that day. Today, the drink cups had syrup running down the sides (without napkins or a straw), and the egg and cheese on the bagel was cold to the touch. It wasn't busy, so it really depends on who is working."

"RICO here! Let me tell you, the coffee is sourced from Tanzania, and it's excellent! They have a fantastic menu. I was definitely energized all day long. The location is great, and they offer both a drive-thru and a walk-in option for ordering. I even met the owners—they're really great guys who take their work very seriously. To be honest, I was getting tired of Starbucks, so trying something new was a breath of fresh air. Starbucks, you better be on your toes because these guys are coming in strong. The staff is also very friendly and courteous."
