"Jimmy D's is a great spot for takeout, offering a variety of tasty options for lunch and dinner. In addition to meals, they sell an assortment of delightful products, including jams, sauces, meats, beans, and vegetables. If you prefer to dine al fresco, a few outdoor tables are available. I had the Big Daddy Special, which came with an impressive amount of food at a very reasonable price! I highly recommend checking it out—you won’t be disappointed! The customer service is fantastic, and they treat everyone with respect."

"I work not too far from this deli and was eager to give it a try. I received excellent service from the two friendly gentlemen who assisted me at the register and answered all of my questions—especially about the desserts in the display case. I chose a lemon cake and a cannoli. The reason I didn't give them a five-star rating (although that may change with future visits and an update to my review) is that one of my grinders was made incorrectly. However, I still rated it four stars because when I called to mention the issue, they kindly offered to make me a new one while I brought back the incorrect order. I believe it was the owner who came to the front along with the two gentlemen who checked me out. He explained how orders should be written and the likely cause of the mistake. The young man who took my order wasn't at fault—my Italian combo was supposed to come with lettuce, tomato, and mayo in addition to the usual ingredients, but it only had the meat and cheese. The owner (if it was indeed him) gave me a new wrapped grinder after seeing the original sandwich. I'm currently enjoying my new grinder, which is delicious and a good size for the price. I will definitely be returning!"

"Very nice people but have had back to back bad experiences with the sandwiches unfortunately, last week they forgot all the toppings on my sandwich and today the chicken cutlets were inedible — impossible to chew, the consistency was somewhere between cartilage and pure muscle and it’s not cheap. They were closed at 4pm and we couldn’t bring ‘em back. Best of luck to you if you order there."
