"I’m thrilled that there’s now a genuine place in San Francisco that elevates the classic cheesesteak. They have Amoroso rolls that are toasted on the outside yet soft on the inside—just perfect. The juicy top sirloin steak is chopped and grilled flawlessly. You can choose your cheese and add sweet or hot peppers, which is a definite plus. I couldn’t find anything to criticize; these cheesesteaks transported me back to the East Coast with the very first bite. My only suggestion would be to always order extra cheese to complement the generous portions of steak. I noticed a bit of a lack during my first visit, but since I started getting double cheese, it’s been absolutely perfect."
