"The cheese sticks were fantastic; they were cooked perfectly in clean oil, coming out golden brown without being overdone. The shredded BBQ pork was genuine pork, unlike the pre-packaged stuff from Lloyd's BBQ, and the barbecue sauce tasted homemade—sweet and tangy with a hint of molasses. My wife’s grilled chicken was juicy, not tough around the edges.
Our waitress was excellent; she had a great personality and seemed to genuinely enjoy her job, rather than just going through the motions. Overall, we had a wonderful experience from the moment we walked in until we left.
There are a couple of areas for improvement: the restaurant could use some updates to the building, and it would be beneficial for the staff to establish a system to keep an eye out for each other when heading back to the kitchen, as there were a few close calls where they nearly bumped into one another."
