"Terrible experience. I ordered food at 7 p.m. and didn't receive my appetizers until 7:48 p.m. The fries were stale, as if they had been sitting out all day, so we sent them back. Our drink glasses remained empty for nearly an hour before we could get refills. Our main courses finally arrived at 8:31 p.m., but by then everyone around us had already gotten their meals. At 8:56 p.m., the boxes came out, but they only contained our appetizers (Texas fries). Additionally, I never received the Texas Toast that was supposed to come with the Cajun Chicken Pasta, despite asking for it three times. The manager informed me that there was no toast available, yet I saw that my wife had received hers. When I pointed that out, the manager said he would check to see if any Texas Toast was ready, but it still never materialized. This was the worst service I have ever experienced."
