"I've never written restaurant reviews before, especially negative ones, but I feel compelled to share my experience. My wife and I were really looking forward to dining at Lucky Ducks today. After we sat down, we waited and waited for the waitress to come by. We were patient, but she walked past us multiple times without acknowledging our attempts to get her attention.
After 30 minutes, a large group was seated nearby, and just three minutes later, the waitress approached their table to take their order. She even glanced at us as she walked by but continued on without stopping. More minutes went by, and she finally brought drinks for the new group but still ignored us. Eventually, we decided to get up and leave.
Honestly, this was a remarkably poor service experience. I believe management should have a discussion with their staff to provide further training. It’s really disappointing, and we ended up losing out on a meal today."
