"Made a 7:00 reservation week ahead of time to bring group of 7 friends visiting from out of town for Fri night. Called day of and pushed reservation back to 7:30 and talked to very kind woman who was accommodating and polite. When we arrived to restaurant at 7:20 host was rude and harsh about us being late blaming me for confusion about changed reservation time. Then he proceeded to sit us in back room which lacks any ambiance alongside very large party (25ppl). Service was slow yet somehow we felt rushed all of dinner. Food was fine, not bad but nothing exceptional. We then we’re practically kicked out of restaurant as waiters began blowing up balloons and building Photo Booth directly besides our table making it clear we were in the way. Disappointed since I have been before and really enjoyed it but back room is NOT it and foods not good enough to make up for rude service."

"We had the WORST experience on new years eve! The manager treat us TERRIBLE because he wasn't aware of a pulds add the restaurant had and we purchased through the app for the open bar. He didn't wanted to serve us and didn’t help us, i had to reach out to the app service and they had to call the restaurant to make the manager aware of the add. At the end they try to charge us anyway and we had to call the police! In that moment they let us go. Overall WORST EXPERIENCE EVER DO NOT GO TO SPRITZ IS TERRIBLE!"

"This place was so worth visiting and will definitely be back, especially for happy hour (only available at the bar). The fact that is also available on weekends is amazing. "We went here for NYE and booked a reservation that day so we were only able to get a table outside. But the patio was lit beautifully with speakers playing music. Inside was a lovely vibe, too. The food was excellent: my cocktail was delicious, scallops were perfectly cooked atop mushrooms in a creamy risotto, and the cheesecake was truly New York style and topped with some surprising sauces that elevated it to something really special. Service was excellent. I would absolutely recommend this spot for a celebratory night or a nice date out. Be careful if you choose valet parking, though. My phone charging cord that I always leave plugged in went missing when my car was returned to me. That was disappointing, but I decided not to pursue it."

"that was at 1:00 a.m. the Christmas holiday. there were 3 people on our party. the fixed price was $115 per person. gratuity has been added automatically. for this price there were one free mumosa; more were $15 per. the suppen plant was almost empty and cold at 1:00 o'clock. the salatable was rather spersome, without cheese sorting. there was a garnel and crab leg rod with a complicated ice sculpture. there was an egg station with only casserole frittata or eier benedict . at the carving station there was a low quality “prime”rib or frying vernacular. only fish was flowing fish, overcooked and terrible taste. dessert bar was homemade ice on Sunday and chocolate lava cake. this is the classic key west restaurant thema of bad food, bad service, high price rip off. as a resident who has protected the casa marina for years, this is the last time."
