"If I could give this place zero stars, I would, but since that's not an option, I have to settle for one. The staff clearly lacks concern for customer service. They delivered my food without any utensils, and it seemed like they were more interested in whatever was happening in their headphones than attending to the customers. I went there during my lunch break to grab a quick meal, but I couldn’t eat it in time because I had to stop at another place to find a spoon. When I asked the woman at the counter for utensils, she acknowledged me but was too busy with her phone and headphones, choosing to engage in conversations rather than assist customers. Overall, it was a very frustrating experience."
