I chose the family package, which covered both breakfast and lunch. While we waited, we enjoyed some light gossip about my home in Iowa City and their experiences in Oklahoma City, which made the time fly as the staff worked diligently in the back. I noticed a customer on the phone who was unhappy about a possible incorrect change, and I was impressed with how well the staff handled the situation with a positive attitude, honoring the customer's concerns.
