"I have made a reservation here for my mother's birthday dinner, as I heard amazing things about eating and had eaten back a few years. we had an appetizer of whispers that were excellent. we ordered two salads, new york steak, porcini risotto and pappardelle pasta. the whole food was excellent, except the pappardelle pasta, which was cold and tasteless. the main reason why I write the review is the service. first our waiter made us feel hastened, not very welcome and then rarely again to check-in. many paintings we saw the waiter during this time to other tables. we had to order an extra glass of wine from the bar, because the waiter never returned. we then got a new waitress that helped to correct the situation by apologizing the pasta and a round drinks and apologizing. simply disappointing experience on someone's birthday."
