"I would give 3.5 stars if I could. My portobello mushroom wrap was delicious with fresh ingredients and a creamy sauce; I even saved the second half for leftovers and grilled it for the next days lunch. My uncle enjoyed his burger, and we all enjoyed the sweet potato fries, they have really good fries. Unfortunately my aunt and boyfriend did not enjoy their Buddha bowls, the vegetables were steamed with little seasoning, and the dressing didn’t add any life to it. It was a mixed bag. Vegetarian options: My mushroom wrap was very juicy and flavorful, unfortunately my family’s Buddha bowls were lackluster."

"Place right off the bat reminded me of being back in old east Austin visiting my grandma. The hostess was very welcoming and all the staff was SO friendly. Had a margarita which was amazingly made. Not too much mix and was just right with the taquilla. Got a great buzz off of one, definitely a plus! Ordered the Al Pastor tacos, which out of all the places I've been too honestly was my favorite because it reminded me of home made food and the fact its served on a skillet, win! Sat outside next to the casa which was an excellent location, great spot to just chill and relax. Watching people come and go and the music... reminded me of being a kid back at grandma's house in old east Austin. I have to go back. Love this place. Thank you all who run that authentic nostalgic charm; Hostess, Waiter, Cook, Bartender, and Busser. Gracias a todos!"

"This was my first time visiting this location. I had the Perfect margarita on the rocks. It was a bit tart, and the bartender added some agave. It was good. My friend and I also had frozen margaritas with sangria and prickly pear flavors added. They were very good. We had the queso flameado with beef fajitas added. It was tasty, but the portion of fajitas was very small. Our server recommended the chorizo, which I will try next time. Our entree was the puffy taco plate with chicken. The tacos were delicious."

"The store was about 60% busy. There seemed to be plenty of employees running around; but the service was disorganized and essentially bad. For example, you order a beer and you see the server and the bartender joking around and talking while 10 minutes goes by, then you see your beer sitting on bar.... then once the joking around, talking, BS'ing of the servers are done, the beer is brought to you. Water cups empty for a long time, you have to flag them down for anything you need. Zero proactive service. In short, apathetic employees that could care less. Either untrained or poorly trained. The food is decent; but I'll pass as they don't appear to care they are in the service industry."

"We went on a Sunday which is when they do a brunch buffet. We arrived early for a 2:00 reservation only to find out they would be closing at a 2 for a private event. They were gracious enough to let us in and assured us they would still accommodate us. The rest of my group arrived at 2 at which time the staff tried to turn them away. When the rest of my group revealed they would not be eating so as not to impose, the staff promptly began putting away the buffet despite the fact that my child and I were still eating. We felt very unwelcome and it was clear we were imposing. Despite not being able to enjoy the full buffet, we were still charged full price. Oh they don't have access to their online reservation system so don't even bother with that. I really wanted to like this place. It's cute my celiac kid was excited that she could eat anything she wanted. Sadly, we were very let down."

"Have You ever have everything you've ever desired in a meal. well, this last visit to j Alexander provided me everything. I need it in a million plus some. Our server Wyman Is one of the best servers we have ever had. The desserts out of this world, the food itself exceptional. Entrees are all well seasoned and cooked to perfection. Sit and enjoy."

"Just happened to be in the neighborhood and finally had a chance to try Sala and Betty out. We both got Salmon and really liked how crispy it was and cooked to perfection. The best part was the fresh vegetables. We got the appetizer that was just a veggie platter, she had a salad with her salmon, and I picked two vegetable sides with mine. All the vegetables were excellent and I went home full. We also indulged in the Creme brulee which was also really good. It was a little pricey but well worth it for the quality and freshness of the food."

"As a regular customer(2-3 times a week) to My Belly's Playlist, first I must say their service is very efficient with friendly staff and their food is also quite tasty. But today's pick-up changed everything. When I opened my freshly picked up belly's brown lunch box, I couldn't believe how little my salad was compared to usual size. Literally there was about 10 spring mix leaves. Although I was a bit annoyed, I got over it pretty quick since mistakes happen. But after two bites, I saw a strand of hair poking through the bare amount of leaves...very gross."

"I guess this is the right location for this review. Apparently this restaurant has changed it 's menu a bit and the other Sit Lo on YELP shows closed. Now on their current menu it indicates that their grand opening date is June 1st and they are under new management . We 've never visited this place before but through a recommendation we decided to try it for their lunch specials and the general impression was pretty good. I 've posted some photos showing what the place looks like and what the lunch specials are basically. I ordered a Kung Pao Chicken dish and my wife ordered a Chicken with Mixed vegetables dish. Generally I 'd say the food is ok. The veggies were basically broccoli and carrots and the chicken kind of reminded me of a Panda Express cooking style which is not as authentic in my opinion. The flavor was ok. The restaurant is located near a Jusgo grocery store and also right behind Mala Sichuan Cuisine which is truly authentic compared to this place. I think this used to be a Vietnamese restaurant in it 's previous life. The gentleman who served us was very nice and the decor inside was nice although they had stuff on the tables etc that seemed kind of odd. Stuff like restaurant supplies etc. The lunch specials were generally well priced. Most of them are about $7 and I included a photo of the menu with my review. I 'd say if you 're shopping at the Jusgo, are hungry and want a nice quiet place to dine this fits the bill! The gentleman who served us was nice and even threw in a ice cream bar which kind of surprised us."

"My husband and I have been going to this great place since it opened. Great beer, great pizza and good service. We went back tonight after a pause of one+ years due to the pandemic. I fell on my knees due to a miscalculation and an upcoming knee replacement surgery. At the end of the night after a couple hours of fun we closed our check. Then we noticed that customers at the bar were still being served. Then I asked for one more beer and I was told that they were already closed. When I questioned the fact that we just saw the customers at the bar being served I was told that I have had enough to drink. I was a bit shocked over the comments since that was not the case. My husband asked for a bag of ice for my knees to help them settle down after the fall but the bartender assumed I was drunk. Needless to say this was a very disappointing experience I wanted to write this review to stop the bias and for some sensitivity training. I you are going to serve others after you are closed then you need to serve the rest of us and do not assume someone is drunk because they fell and then tell them they have got enough yo drink."
