"I visited this restaurant for the first time today, and I was surprised to find that customers aren’t allowed to watch their sandwiches being prepared. I found this quite odd. Additionally, the attitude of the woman who made my sandwich, as well as the one who took my payment, was less than friendly and seemed quite immature. This experience will be my first and last visit to this establishment. I really wish businesses would hire staff who understand the importance of good customer service, as that is ultimately a part of their job."
