"Great value and incredibly friendly customer service, even by the high standards of West Yellowstone, where everyone tends to be pleasant. They are very accommodating with special requests—just let them know what you want, and they’ll do their best to fulfill it. I recommend ordering your burger on sourdough toast; they prepare it really well. The fish and chips were just average—clearly frozen—but still acceptable. Stick with the burgers or sandwiches, as those are made fresh. The restaurant was fully staffed, which is quite a feat for June 2022, and kept impeccably clean. Yes, they have a restroom, despite the signs suggesting otherwise; you just need to ask for the code. The restroom was also clean, likely due to controlled access. Overall, I’d give them 5 stars just for their outstanding customer service, which truly stands out, along with their good food."
