"I hardly ever leave reviews but I’m extremely disappointed in my 1st experience at burger box. Let’s start with the service, it was good they were friendly. Note bad quality, I ordered Oreo milk shake, bacon cheddar burger with chili cheese fries. The shake has way too much milk where it lost its sweetness smh, didn’t drink it 2/10. The burger I asked to add mayo, which the first bite of burger was dry, after opening burger the bun had less than an 1/8 off tbs Mayo. The patty was unseasoned and flat. All in all, 1/10. Chili cheese fries, fries were unseasoned, and chili had a weird after taste, but could tell it was canned. So why the burger isn’t a meal but À la cart, makes no sense. The meal price doesn’t add up to the experience. Could’ve had better at whataburger or Braums. Will not be wasting my money on this ever again."
