"On Sunday at 2:30 PM, I dined at the hotel restaurant and ordered the General Tso Bao Buns, a Prime NY Strip cooked medium rare, an Old Fashioned, and a Stella Artois. Since my reservation was made between the lunch and dinner rush, I understood the staff and kitchen might be less attentive. Unfortunately, my steak was served between medium well and well done, despite my request for medium rare. The bao buns were decent, and the arugula salad was satisfactory, but the overcooked steak and bland roasted potatoes were quite disappointing. I waited for a moment, but the server seemed occupied chatting at the bar, so I started eating. No one checked on me until the very end when they came to clear my plates, by which point I still had half of my steak left untouched. I had hoped to try the cheesecake, but now I think I'll look for something else to enjoy this evening."
