When I brought it up with the server she told me it was flank steak, they just grind it up because that 's how Vietnamese do it . I had to explain how that is just ground beef with extra steps. Just to confirm I 'm not crazy, I asked my father, a Vietnamese man, to confirm that flank steak is infact just flank steak. Included in this review, is that text conversation.
