"The customer service at this restaurant needs significant improvement. Ideally, the person in charge of customer interactions should be let go or receive proper training on how to effectively engage with customers (preferably let go). I called once, and the person who answered casually mentioned that she was using the bathroom while speaking with me, which was quite unprofessional. The food here is excellent—truly, it’s fantastic—but management really needs to address the behavior of their staff, as it detracts from the overall experience!"
