"we ordered the queso and it came with maybe 12 chips. we asked for more and they said they would bring them out. 15 minutes later we asked again and they said: “Oh yes, you don’t have many chips, they make more” ... 10 minutes later, no chips yet. then they said, “We don’t make any chips today.” 20 minutes later the 2 tables around us chips and salsa eat. (all) and they still accused us for the queso and chips. we had 3/4 of the queso leftover. Moreover, they do not care about the service as they calculate an automatic fee percentage. the waitress talked to her friend at the bar all the time."
