"The first thing I opened was the fries. When I saw them, I could tell they were cold, and sure enough, when I took a bite, they were very cold. I was pretty disappointed, but since I had it delivered, I didn’t expect them to be piping hot, so I tried to let it slide.
Next, I opened the chicken Caesar wrap. At first glance, it looked good, but when I took a bite, I found marinara sauce in it. If you know what a chicken Caesar wrap is, you'll agree that marinara does not belong in it. I was really confused about that.
Then, I opened the cheesecake, and to my surprise, it was in a clear container. I quickly realized it was carrot cake instead of the cheesecake I had ordered. I was really upset because all I wanted was some cheesecake.
When I finally got to the steak and cheese sandwich, it looked promising, but when I took a bite, it was freezing cold. At this point, I was extremely frustrated. The drinks were fine, but they were 2-liter bottles instead of the smaller ones I wanted. I didn’t get a chance to specify the size because they never asked.
The only thing that turned out well was the chocolate cake—it was actually pretty good. Overall, I can't complain about that. However, I will never order from here again. This place is terrible, and I wish I had read the reviews beforehand. Thank you for ruining my birthday! (I would add a photo, but this is being written after we threw everything out, and I didn't want to dig it out again.)"
