"We hadn't visited Pieology in a while, so we decided to give it another shot. We ordered the Margherita and a combination pizza on thin crust. I added paprika, jalapeños, and garlic to the dough. We were pleasantly surprised by how great they looked, but the real test was how they tasted. Let me tell you, the thin crust was definitely the way to go. It was crunchy with the first bite and delicious with all the toppings. I noticed that Pieology didn’t overload on the sauce, which was perfect for balancing the fillings, cheese, and sauce.
