"This is a hidden gem, the food is wonderful. I had a few problems when there is a great unexpected amount, the kitchen slows down, but for me means that the food is prepared then not at 9 a.m. I have eaten twice for lunch and dinner about 4 times, the food was always very good. It is a different style than the everyday Tex Mex. The waiting staff is always friendly and acting as if they were glad you were there."

"Wanted to like this place so much ?. I went there the other day with my co-workers and we spent a lot of . Nonetheless, ordered the casa wings and they were pink inside. Spoke with the lady who works there and she explained that they have problems with the chicken all the time but it was well cooked.She said she couldn’t give me a refund but she can re-fry the wings. The wings I was received was so unappealing I could not eat it. I would’ve have re-visited this place if she would’ve issued a refund or gave me a new order. Rasta man roll was very good, but essentially I just can’t get past how bad the wings looked."

"Ordered Thru Food Dudes Chicken was good, arrived warm. I got a breast 3 wings. They were juicy done all the way to the bone. Gizzards were TERRIBLE! Tough, a lot of the white rubbery part, some were only the white rubbery part. I thought they would be done soft, the way they are when they are pre-boiled for a few hours, before breading deep frying them. Can't seem to find anywhere here that knows how to make gizzards right. Oh well, my dog liked them."

The food was quite impressive—definitely worthy of a solid 4 out of 5. The flavors were on point, and everything was well-prepared. However, the service left much to be desired. I would rate it just 1 out of 5. The staff seemed overwhelmed and uninterested, which really dampened the experience. On the positive side, the atmosphere of the restaurant was pleasant, which I'd give a 4 out of 5. It's a nice place to be if you're dining in. In summary, while the food was great, the poor service could discourage me from returning."

"Stopped tonight for dinner on the way home from FSU game and it proved to be a great choice. The outside is unassuming but when you step through the doors the restaurant and bar area are extremely clean, the staff very friendly dressed in Halloween costumes, tables spread out and cute decor. The first pages of the menu are drinks and we selected a house margarita and sangria. The margarita was quite large and they were good and average in comparison to other restaurants but a good value at $7..There is also a lift of handcrafted margaritas for those more discerning with choice of tequilas, etc. along with frozen mararitas and fishbowl size ones as well. The red sangria was excellent and tasty, made in-house and filled with diced fruit and for Halloween even an eyeball in the glass. When ew put in our drink order we received complimentary chips and salsa that were very good and much better than those served elsewhere. For entrees had the grand chimichanga which came with rice/beans/shredded lettuce/diced tomatoes, guacamole and sour cream all toppings were on a separate salad size plate.. Our server quickly brought salsa refills to add to that. The carnitas was also very tasty and a full plate of food. The menu is quite extensive and includes some non Mexican selections. The entire bill for 3 drinks, two entrées plus the chips and salsa with refills was $59 which included $25 for drinks so a good value. given the fresh healthy ingredients as easy to order a healthy meal or a splurge meal. Next time we visit Tallahassee would return and recommend.."
