"I had the mushroom and Swiss burgers along with some poppers. The burger was incredible! We don't have Hardee's nearby, so I was really looking forward to it. Even though I'm not a fan of mushrooms, I love their mushroom Swiss burgers. As for the poppers, they were good, but a bit too spicy for my taste. I've tried poppers before, but these were quite intense. Overall, it was a great experience!"

"Pretty bad place since close-by headquarters moved. They did remodel which was nice, tables had outlets where you could charge your phone or use your laptop. This only lasted for a few months. If you arrive after 7:30pm, most of the room is closed as wellas the soda machines. Lots of weird people and homeless around the restaurant. Always error in orders. Some lower qualityreplacements (special buns by regular buns; 1 3 pound patty by regular patty? . Let?s hope the new community college will helpthem going back on track with more customers and better trained payed employees."

"This place is the worst fast food place I have ever been to. Came into the lobby hearing some weird noise. Shrugged it off cause I wanted some food. Ordered the food, went to the bathroom and I hear crickets. They're on the floor. I was trying to be like alright I'm getting my food and I'm outta here. Go to wash my hands and to the side of the sink there's a good size hole where you can hear a few of them going crazy. I didn't even touch the sink, I said screw it I'll get my food and drink and I'm outta here. Went to go fill up my drink and I hear a cricket inside the machine. I thought aw no. They're probably in there doing back strokes and butterflies in the machine. I left disgusted. I don't know how they can get away with having crickets everywhere. I couldnt even eat my chicken strips cause I thought there might be a fried cricket leg instead."

"Terrible experience! At 7:30pm tonight, I was at the window to get my order. The guy working the window was absolutely rude and a jerk. He gave me the wrong soda and told me that was what I ordered. It was not what I ordered. I ordered a “Hi-C Orange” but they only sell “Hi-C Fruit Punch”, so that’s what he gave me. When I asked him “why he did not tell me they only sold “Fanta Orange so I could order that drink”, he told me “I do not read minds.” Then he started arguing with me about who was wrong! Then I spoke to the shift leader, who was very professional, courteous, and calming. I left there appreciating the shift leaders help, and hopeful I won’t see that guy again!"

He was very polite and informed me about the waiting time for the chicken teeth in my order before they even add to make sure we were ready to wait. "This can't be a fast food place I waited 5 minutes for the young lady. To come take my order then 10 minutes for them to drop my chicken tenders in the grease, add another 10 minutes. For them to box them up and hand them to me That's Ridiculous They need To let them all go and get someone that really wanna work. "The girl with the faded pink hair needs to check her attitude this was on 10/23 at 7:20-7:25ish. I've always visited this Carls Jr and the service is always exceeded my expectations. However today it did not, my dad and I head her say 5 piece chicken tenders (what I ordered) and I went up and she said very rudely I didn't call you and I say anything to you. Which could have been handled two different ways. I did the grown up thing and walked away. And someone else gave me my order in stead. I wish she did so I could have checked her. "We ordered breakfast an hour before end time and made our order at the drive thru. Once at the window after we paid and waited for about 17 min they told us they didn't have any biscuits and gravy. As I was asking why they didn't say something sooner another associate said they did but they didnt want to open and cook another package just for this order because they were closing in a bit. The supervisor told the cook they had to and had us pull up after 20 more minutes they brought it out and the heavy was not in the bag. The supervisor then went back in and said they'd cook it themselves. I'd probably not have waited but we traveled far and the kids really wanted b&g, it was now too late to go to another restaurant in time for breakfast.This was not a good customer experience at all."

"We tried to place an order at this restaurant around 9 PM, but no one responded at the drive-thru. So, we decided to go to the first window where a woman was standing. She saw us but completely ignored our presence. We even honked our horn, but she didn't acknowledge us at all. After a few minutes, a man finally came over and took our order. "Got the crispy chicken sandwich. They were COMPLETELY OUT of grilled chicken. : The box the sandwich looks . I thought wow, this looks promising. However when I opened it I was disappointed. The piece of chicken didn't cover the inner part of the buns diameter. So after a few bites of bun pickle mayo I bite into the chicken to my surprise it tasted great! My coworker had the western bacon she said it was okay. Onion rings were crispy good as well."

"I ordered chicken stars and received just one ranch dipping sauce. The medium soda I got was mostly ice—about three-quarters of the cup was filled with it—and for $3.49, I only managed to take three sips before it was gone. There was one car ahead of me in the drive-thru, and it took five minutes to place my order. I opted for takeout for dinner, and my meal cost between $10 and $20. Overall, I rate the food a 1, the service a 1, but the atmosphere was decent at a 4."

"I watched roach bugs crawl across the counters and the order screen. The customer service is horrible. It's a 3 ring circus, the store manager even runs around like she's lost. There's no organization. I've witnessed smoking ? inside the store. Mangers cuss and scream at the employees when things don't go in their favor. Another customer came in and complained that the food was cold and the employee which was a manager proceed to cuss them. The hygiene is poor. Some smell as if they have never showered. Some of their nails are extremely long and dirty. I've seen them make food without wearing gloves, or running to drop raw meat and then going back to make someone's food. The bathrooms always have a god awful smell and never look clean. I believe honestly the Health Department needs to be involved cause it's out of control and the managers are doing nothing but allowing cross contaminated food go out for people to get sick."
