"Once we were seated, we took in our surroundings and found the bright decor to be soothing and tranquil. The music was a bit louder than we would have liked, but still bearable, and the restaurant was bustling with diners who seemed to share our enthusiasm for the place.
When our meals arrived, they were presented beautifully, akin to a work of art. We ordered steak and eggs, but unfortunately, the steak was lukewarm, and the potatoes and eggs were almost cold. We also received a large biscuit, which was at a similar temperature.
Things were going smoothly until an elderly couple arrived with their German Shepherd. The dog was allowed to approach a nearby table of six, and while I'm not sure if they knew each other, the dog's muzzle got uncomfortably close to their food. I glanced around and made eye contact with another patron, who shared a look of discontent and disbelief.
I must commend the staff for their exceptional customer service; every member we interacted with was outstanding. Overall, the staff definitely deserves praise for their efforts."
