"This restaurant was a huge disappointment. We attended a birthday party there, and it turned out to be a big mistake. We waited 25 minutes just to receive bread and water, and it took another hour before we could get a drink. Our meals took an hour and a half to arrive, and when they finally did, the food was not good at all. The service was equally poor. Overall, it was a very frustrating experience. What a shame!"

"Their happy hour certainly makes me happy! $1.5 per oyster $1.5 per little clam (with minimum order of six units of oyster/little clam) so I sure ate my fill. Had their octopus little plate, recommended by their bar tender. It was tender and honestly serves as a great light dinner but is totally shareable as an appetizer if you’re dining with others.Their salmon tartar at happy hour is good but as I worked through it, I found it kind of salty… even if the bread crisps go well with it.Service was amazing and it was the perfect place to chill and eat during happy hour. (Good for going alone or with company) I love that they give you a free small chocolate pudding at the end of the meal.I did not order the mini clam chowder at happy hour because it was the same size if not smaller than an espresso cup."

"We've been here before and all was fine. Tonight we went for dinner again. After waiting 55 minutes since we had ordered, I asked if our food was almost ready. The waitress went to check. She came back and told us that she had put the order in but the order didn't print out for the cooks so it was going to be another 15 minutes until we could get our food. Everyone's food was fine except I had ordered the Eggplant Parm. They had rushed it to get it out so the eggplant wasn't cooked. You would think that they would offer to comp our bill since we had to wait so long. Nope. They offered us free dessert. 3 of us ordered the rice pudding. I believe once again they were trying to hurry out the order so the rice pudding was slightly frozen so we brought most of it home. Also, the Gelato was not Gelato. It was chocolate ice cream. Very disappointing this time. You would think after 25 minutes or so the waitress would have went to check on it our order herself. Not sure we'll go back again. Bummed because I thought we had finally found another great little spot."

"I genuinely adore this spot! Go Pack Go! There are a couple of areas for improvement: First, you need to place your food and drink orders at the bar. Second, the outdoor TVs are quite small. Third, the beer prices are a little high. On the plus side, the indoor setup features an excellent selection of TVs, the staff is wonderful, and the patrons are great as well. Overall, I would definitely return every weekend to catch the football games."

"They have their first place around 34th or somewhere around there and this is the 2nd branch as far as I know. Korean style fried chickens are unbelivable and they were so much better than what I remember from their first location couple years ago (not meaning at all those were bad). "I have to give the food an A+. This restaurant truly shines with its Cajun dishes, and the gumbo is outstanding! However, my experience with the service was not as satisfying. It could certainly use some improvement; although the staff is friendly, they appear to be a bit disorganized. Thankfully, the amazing food helps to make up for these service issues."
