"I cannot praise this place enough! I am obsessed with the orange chicken. It has the most addictive crust and the sauce is almost honey-like. My husband loves the chicken pad thai. The chicken fried rice is also DELICIOUS. We cannot eat here withoutgetting the spring rolls. You must try the mango sticky rice, yum! The staff is absolutely wonderful and so genuinely eager toplease their customers. They make you feel so welcome and they are so happy to see you! The prices are so good especially forgood quality food. I will forever be thankful we found this little hidden gem."

"The price of the fish and rice/fries is ridiculous! Too much money for ½ tilapia filet sliced in 2 with a spoonful of rice. The conch, chicken fries combo is ridiculously overpriced because they don apos;t give you the same amount of fries than if you had ordered chicken fries alone. Nay as well order separately and pay the extra money for your food."

"I work close by and had never been to this restaurant until today. A colleague always brings dishes from here to work, and that's when I first tasted the food and fell in love with it. Today, I decided to try it for myself. I ordered the mango chicken curry with rice, a side salad, and 2 sambusas, along with a sparkling grapefruit drink. The food was incredibly delicious. I couldn't take a picture because I devoured it too quickly, but I will next time. The grapefruit drink was not to my liking as it lacked sugar. Overall, I love this place! After eating here, I have no desire to leave my job for another city. We'll see what happens."

"The outside of the restaurant was nice and clean. There were/are a few outdoor tables for those who wish to eat outside enjoying the beautiful weather. The staff was very nice and polite. My whole experience here was lovely. I had the broiled haddock with roasted carrots and fries. The food was wonderful, it was presented very well, and the inside of the restaurant was very clean as well. I will be going back very soon."

"I can't believe I've waited so long to check one of my favorite restaurants in Albany! This hole in the wall of Afghan food is magnificent. It is a discrete small series of shops and restaurants in the Middle East right at Central Ave. The food is absolutely delicious, mostly from kabobs from different meats. My personal favorite is the simple chicken over rice dish, which is only $7 at the time of this letter. Regardless of your order, you should definitely try their red, green and white sauce all have a unique taste and are a luxury for the taste buds. You've only managed soda, so I'd recommend drinking some Afghan Doogh or tea. It is a quiet, small casual environment. Enjoy!"

"I’m giving this restaurant a five-star rating mainly because of the outstanding hospitality from the owners, who kindly provided complimentary bananas and water for our kids. While we were traveling and in search of halal food, we decided to stop here. We ordered a rice dish with chicken and beef (unfortunately, I can’t remember the name), and it was more than enough for two adults. The food was average, but the convenience of finding halal options late at night, especially when all the other places were closed, was certainly a welcome relief."
