"I was really looking forward to trying this restaurant, but unfortunately, I was disappointed. The customer service needs improvement! The cashier was quite dismissive, even giving me the finger to finish her irrelevant conversation before taking my order. The way my food was packaged was excessive, with everything in different containers for just one meal. I had to wait 20 minutes and expected my food to be hot, but only the fried ribs were warm; the mac and cheese and yams were not. I traveled quite a distance to visit this place, and to top it off, I didn’t receive the corn muffin that was supposed to come with my meal."
