The place is spotless, immaculately clean ....I love that. The menu changes every week, you can call ahead 561 585-2985 or go to the website for the new menu created weekly. I went twice for lunch that's how FRESH the SANDWICHES were, each is served with a choice of one of 3-4 different sides. Then you have a few refrigerators where you can snag up something to take home, larger dinner type entrees to be reheated. I seems they have moved expanded in addition to catering they are a cooking school and over-the-counter eat-in cafe or take-out establishment. It's really cool because there are large windows between the take-out/eat-in cafe where you get to watch all the Chef's and Up Coming Chef's and maybe ? just cooking enthusiasts learning how to do their thing!
