"Great place. A tad pricey and the food took a long time but the quality made it worth the wait. I had scallop yaki sobe and a crab cucumber appetizer. Another had shrimp fried rice. Mother had beef fried rice. The other diner had shrimp teriyaki. We hada pot of very green green tea that tasted wonderful. All of the food was superb except the crunchy roll. I do not know what theyused for the crunch but it had zero flavor. Everyone had enough to brings food home. We plan to return and try more. Oh and Iwould be remiss if I didn't say glowing things about the incredible staff. Friendliest I have seen in some time."

"I went with friends after hearing that the sushi here was good, however for us this was really below average and I doubt I would return as the fish we ordered was not good and much of what we tried did not seem fresh. We tried different items on the menu and nothing was even in the good category. Nothing and unfortunately we ordered a shrimp appetizer that was just a packaged pre-made product and perhaps we should have left after that but we were there and committed to stay. The Sushi (Nigiri) had the quality level of supermarket sushi but at least the rice was the proper consistency and temperature. Of the assortment we ordered we couldn't eat the Tuna as it was chewy and lacked the requisite tenderness associated with fresh quality tuna or even okay sushi. Eel was fine though and that was the best fish in the chosen selection. Service was good and we went with a nice Sake that we enjoyed."

"It wasn't what I expected, especially given the price. The steak wasn't cooked medium rare and lacked seasoning, which is disappointing for a steakhouse. Everything else was decent, though."
