"I reserved the place for my husband's birthday after reading the positive reviews. It sounded fun. I now realize It is a bar with food...not really a birthday dinner place. We waited a while min to be seated with no kne else waiting...we thought maybe there was no host at on a Friday so we wandered to the bar but as we did we were greeted from behind by the hostess. I specifically asked for a table or booth in our reservation no bar or stools but were sat up hight on a stooled table. I think they hardley looked at our reservation because it wasn't crowded...or because there were only two of us, the nice booth tables were reserved for or more. I insisted on a table...our choices were either in the back with a family with children crawling everywhere or the table behind the hostess station. We took the non child option. Food was adequate. The drinks were good....alchohol, cava and beer, usually is. Even with happy hour prices we spent over a tip. We weren't upset with the experience but we likely won't go back or even mention it to others"

"To start, the Maître d' informed us that the reservation I made through Open Table was no longer valid since he had canceled their service over a year ago. He then proceeded to complain about Open Table being a scam. Luckily, there was a table available, but it took over 45 minutes for us to place our order, and two of their house specialties were unavailable. When our food finally arrived—well over an hour after we were seated—my dish, the sauerbraten, was dry and tasteless, making it inedible. On the other hand, my wife enjoyed her salmon, which she said was very good. They never returned to refill our water, possibly because we opted for tap water instead of the bottled water they strongly promoted. There’s more to say, but you get the gist. I recommend finding another restaurant."

"The Thai meat balls were ok. They were a little soggy. I also expected them to have more sauce so that it would be more like a curry to eat with the rice, but instead they were only lightly coated with sauce. The rice was kind of bland in comparison.The shrimp in the tacos were so over-cooked they were inedible. Picked them out. However, the pickled peaches in the salsa were delicious.The kids' meals came with fries with some kind of bold garlic seasoning, which is a weird choice for kids. The kids didn't eat it, but the adults thought it was the best part of the meal.Overall, it seemed like the price didn't match the quality. The items we ordered all sounded good but we were pretty disappointed in what showed up on the plate."

"This is the best fast food I have ever had. The burgers, made with local beef, and the grilled chicken sandwich were incredibly tasty. Just thinking about them makes me hungry again. The atmosphere was great and the staff were lovely. It's much better than anything you would find at a rest stop, and it's a convenient stop off of I-94. I will definitely come back if I find myself in the area again. As for wheelchair accessibility, I am not sure if a wheelchair could fit through the door, let alone use their bathroom."

"I had a wonderful experience at Grandma Penny’s Pizza last Friday. The food was delicious, the service was excellent, and the atmosphere was cozy and inviting. "I had been turned off by a few people because I LOVE prime rib. I had just heard great things about the restaurant. Unfortunately the whole experience was disappointing for us. We had reserved at the open table and requested a stand. When we got there, the hostess didn't confirm our reservation when we told her we booked them online and still got us to a table. She was our waitress and was pretty good. The drinks were well made but small for the price. We ordered the prime rib. I got the girls cut and my husband got the kings cut which is about a $ 20 difference in price. When they came out, they were exactly the smaller portion I ordered in length and thickness. We ordered medium rarity (which it came off like), but it had no flavor and was extremely tough. If there's one thing I love almost as much as prime rib, it's ranch dressing. It was chunky and tasted terrible. (and no, it wasn't blue cheese) To get our USD 100 bill at the end of our meal, we were both utterly disappointed with the entire meal. The quality did not reflect the cost."

"Experience all the way around was 5 stars. Service and food was on point. The only thing I would change would be at the salsa bar.... yes, there is a salsa bar!!! They have little plastic cups to try different salsas. We had to go back 3 times to get more of our favorites. Maybe offer a bigger cup for the final selection. But that's not a big deal at all. Our waiter was amazing. He cut up with us and we never had to ask for our food or refills. Last time I came here I was impressed. I spread word. I will again. Food made the overall experience a 5."

"I have been to this establishment several times and last night 02/15 was the worst service my family and I ever encountered so I will not be returning. They had a waitress there that serviced another table with food drinks, however never came to our table for drinks or food. My cousin was going to go to the bar, so I walked into the kitchen to order food, no one was in the kitchen to service us there either. No one said anything to us at all but was just gathered around the bar drinking and laughing with one another as if there were no other customers there. No worries will not force individuals to take my money and will not return. I would say do not go unless you know someone that goes regularly which we have done in the past. You will not receive service!"

"My friend usually mentions going to Zaitoon Kitchen. I finally had a chance to try it and ordered the $11.00 Lamb burger combo but was charged $12.50 instead. I asked why and was told that they hadn't updated the signs. I then went and checked the online menu and its $12.50 for the combo with cheese. If I had the the option for cheese at no extra charge I would have had them lay a slice down. I like cheese…Wheres my cheese Zaitoon? Where? Just confused is all."

"I've gone in here twice now and both times the guy behind the counter with the blutooth ear piece was so unfriendly I was too scared to have him cook my food so I left. You say hi and he just stares at you awkwardly in complete silence.
