"Ordered a 6 piece chicken strip basket, got home and found 2 strips missing. I tried calling, 5 times and let it ring at LEAST 20 times each call, and got no answer! There were at least 3 workers there when I picked up my order, so surely ONE of themcould have answered the phone! I ended up calling the corporate office and they will notify the mobile app department with arequest for a refund, but they couldn't tell me how much, if any, I MIGHT be refunded. You completely dropped the ball DQ on allpoints, very disappointing! This was about a year ago... Sept, 2021 Update: So, I was invited to try them again, which Idid, yesterday, 9/14/22, and I ordered a salad with rotisserie chicken and 6 piece chicken basket with a blizzard. The salad wasvery wilted and tasted like chemicals were sprayed on it, soggy salad is NEVER refreshing. This chicken basket had the correctamount, this time, yay, somebody can count, but the chicken was either over cooked or was under the warmer WAY too long, it wasdark brown and dried out! Again you disappointed me DQ... next time u think I'll pay the extra gas and drive to WW"
