"Love this place!! I live a mile from the Edinburg location, but will take the ride here to get sweet treats instead! Incredibly friendly staff and service is always great! They always have a wide selection of tomb and go cakes, treat pizzas and other things next to their regular menu. Picked up a sheet of cake last week that I ordered online the day before and it was nice. Was super easy to order online. You do not have a grill or frit at this point so no burgers, chicken baskets or fries. However, they offer hot dogs, chili dogs, chips and always seem to have a kind of turkey wrap/sandwich thing on the menu."

Plus, there was plenty of free parking available, making it convenient to grab my meal. Overall, it was a satisfying lunch, and I'll be sure to return!"

"I always love this place, you could come in anytime and everyone's so friendly. I also love when they repeat my whole order back so I know they got everything I told them. I actually have been here the last two days in a row, both the drive thru customer service and the inside service is above and behind whatever they are doing here to have such happy employees is something every company should have! "Waited at the window for a long time, no other customers. Finally 1 of the 3 girls came to the window and informed me they couldn't take my order until they were done charging drawers. Watched the 1 counting the drawer start over several times, seemed to be unable to count. Waited a while longer and no one came to the window. Got tired of waiting and left."

"Consistently poor service. The staff at this location seem more interested in socializing and making drinks for themselves than in attending to customers. There’s a noticeable lack of care for patrons, and the service can be quite rude. The BLIZZARDs are often runny and sit on the counter for far too long before someone finally hands them over. My husband had to wait nearly 50 minutes in the drive-thru for his food, which included ice cream that should have been the last item made, but it arrived as a soupy mess. He also discovered that a burger was missing, and when he inquired, they claimed it wasn't prepared because they had no buns. However, no one informed him of this or offered an alternative. He was simply told that we weren't charged for it. Overall, it was an incredibly frustrating experience, and at this point, we may not return."

"I recently visited a restaurant that is now under new management and I was impressed by the competent, efficient, and pleasant employees they have hired. Despite there being four people ahead of us in line and only two visible employees working, our burgers and ice cream were served within 10 minutes and everything was correct and properly cooked. The tomato on my burger tasted fresh as well. The interior of the restaurant was clean, neat, and well-organized. Overall, this was probably the best fast food experience I have had in a year, especially in our area."

"Ordered a 6 piece chicken strip basket, got home and found 2 strips missing. I tried calling, 5 times and let it ring at LEAST 20 times each call, and got no answer! There were at least 3 workers there when I picked up my order, so surely ONE of themcould have answered the phone! I ended up calling the corporate office and they will notify the mobile app department with arequest for a refund, but they couldn't tell me how much, if any, I MIGHT be refunded. You completely dropped the ball DQ on allpoints, very disappointing! This was about a year ago... Sept, 2021 Update: So, I was invited to try them again, which Idid, yesterday, 9/14/22, and I ordered a salad with rotisserie chicken and 6 piece chicken basket with a blizzard. The salad wasvery wilted and tasted like chemicals were sprayed on it, soggy salad is NEVER refreshing. This chicken basket had the correctamount, this time, yay, somebody can count, but the chicken was either over cooked or was under the warmer WAY too long, it wasdark brown and dried out! Again you disappointed me DQ... next time u think I'll pay the extra gas and drive to WW"

"I asked for a medium mint shake and was handed a small mint blizzard, the lady proceeded to tell me that I ordered a blizzard and then takes it from me and turns back around with a lid on the same cup. "terrible service. I was there with 4 other people, my mil asked for a burger, a burger with nothing but mayo and it became her again. the worker asked if she wanted to make it a meal, ie pommes and my mil said safe. when she got the food, there was no burger and no fries, and they fought with my mil about not having it on her screen as if it were her fault. at ordering the blizzards I ordered a mini and from the other 4 people in my group, I was the last to get my order, although I ordered first. also their workers were sworn behind the counter and one of them only wore a sports bra and shorts."

"I am consistently disappointed whenever I eat at this restaurant. My orders are often incorrect or come in small portion sizes. Given the nearly $10 price tag, I expect much higher quality. This is not a meal for children. I truly dislike this place—it’s undoubtedly the worst restaurant in Buffalo. I think they should be placed in the bag or in a separate smaller bag if they’re only providing boxes; it feels quite unsanitary. Additionally, the customer service is generally disappointing.
