"we typically love firebirds, but on this special evening (1/18/23) the service was particularly slow. we expected a waiting period, as the place (as usual) was filled, so we ordered a few martinis, so we could relax while we waited for our food. both drinks were made wrong despite our specifications. I took mine despite my order slightly dirty, although he was extra dirty, but the drink of my man was also dirty, although he was ordered regularly. it was so salty that he had to send it back because he doesn't like a dirty martinis. When my suppe finally arrived, the tortilla strips were mixed with the luke warm chicken tortilla suppe (typically they sit on the top), resulting in a muddy chaos. the burger my mannes, ordered medium fountain, rarely came out. because of the long waiting period we originally had, he decided to order himself a suppe instead of waiting for an ersatzburger, since I was almost halfway through my meal before a server came back to check us. once again his bowl of chicken tortilla soup had mixed the tortilla strips into the suppe. the manager came out and offered to remove the fee for the soup of my manne and offered us a free dessert. we have a carrot cake to go, and I have to say it was delicious. overall, it was a disappointing night in view of the number of errors we met. we hope our next visit will be better."

"I called yesterday to give my review to a staff member and maybe it will reach the manager but in case it didn 't.... This is my review. I made a reservation for my husband 's 40th birthday. The number of people for this surprise birthday dinner was 11. The reservation was set for 9pm on 08/09/2024. I told everyone to arrive at 8:30pm due to traffic. When everyone arrived at the restaurant, we basically sat ourselves at the table. There was no follow up on who will be our server. While sitting at the table we noticed that a family was seated after us received their drinks and bread right away. While we waited 40 minutes later after being seated, we finally were greeted by our server. I had to go to the front of the restaurant where I asked, Will I have a server at my table? Every drink that was given to us was flat. No type of carbonation or frizz in the drink. We had to send our drinks back. The young lady stated that someone will be there shortly to serve us. We finally were greeted by our server Cam, who was pleasant and professional. We ordered our appetizers which came out in a good amount of time. We then ordered our entrees. Everyone 's entrees at the table were cold. Cam then grabbed all the plates that was cold and took it back to the kitchen. Our French fries, tater tots, and my pasta was cold. The only reason why we stayed at the restaurant because of the closing of the other restaurants nearby. It was too late of the night to go to a nice restaurant without a reservation. This was a celebration. There was no acknowledgement of my husband 's birthday which I told them when I made the reservation. There was no formation of team members seeing a Happy Birthday Song to my husband. The only good time was being around family members. I have been at this location two other times and it was great experiences with birthday dinners. This was not a great experience, my food was awful, my drink was flat, and if it wasn 't for Cam trying to produce the best experience possible it would have been a bad night. My issue is communication amongst staff was not formerly communicated properly. I should not be seating myself and then left to defend for myself to figure out what my next move is. Noone after my party should be allowed to be serviced before our table. Let me just say presentation is everything. Your presentation for food, service, and overall experience should be top tier. You should take pride in what you bring out to your customers. Pride was not exemplified that night."
