"I called in to order an omelette, but they were out of several toppings I wanted, so they substituted them, which I was fine with. They don’t accept credit cards, so I had to use the ATM, but fortunately, there’s one in the store. The customer service was good, and the environment was laid-back, but I have to say I was really disappointed with the omelette. When I opened my food container, I was confused—this didn’t look like an omelette at all, and the portion was quite small. I’m not sure who was on the grill today, but they might need to be more careful and patient while preparing food; it felt like a rushed job, and it wasn’t even busy at the time. That said, it didn't taste bad; it was just a small, unappealing-looking omelette."
