"The good was great. Customer service was great, but make sure you pay attention to your receipt. The pieces on the menu board and the pieces being churches are very different. The menu shows, a10pc sing is 9.99 plus 1.50 for fries, plus .50 per dipping sauce. If I can add, that totals $12.49 plus tax. I did not get a drink. My bill totaled $14.57. I was charged an additional dollar and I'm not sure why. There was also another customer complaining about the same thing that day. It's enough to make you not want to come back. I know it's just $1, but I need every sent. I don't need anyone scheming me or if my hard earned money."

"The slogan says it all! The chicken sandwich was absolutely delicious—I've never had one that good before. When I informed them of the mix-up, they insisted that the wings I received were indeed Jamaican jerk, but it was obvious that they were buffalo wings. "The wings are fantastic, and the food overall is great. However, I have one significant issue with the Big Moosehead: they don't put enough ice in the beer buckets. Seven ice cubes just isn’t enough! My friends and I can drink with the best of them, but by the time we get to our second beer, it's warm because they skimp on the ice. We need those buckets filled to the brim! We come here every Wednesday, and it's consistently the same problem. I want my Millers ice cold, so fill that ice to the top!
