"Despite this, I continued with my order and specified how I wanted other items prepared. When I asked for the price, she told me, but then hung up while I was asking how long my order would take. I called back to point this out, and she confirmed the wait time. After thanking her, I got ready to pick up my order. However, I decided to call back to speak with the owner or another manager. Veronica answered again and told me that the owner doesn't come to the restaurant often and that she was the manager. I asked whom I should speak to about her disrespectful behavior, but this led nowhere. She falsely claimed that she didn’t hang up on me and that I had completed my order multiple times, which was completely untrue. I had only said that once before asking about the cost and then the preparation time—she hung up while I was still speaking.
I told her I would find out who the owner is and address this issue another way. Up until today, my family and I had ordered from this place many times without any issues, but after this experience, we will never return. If I could give zero stars for customer service, I certainly would. Veronica, your disrespectful and nasty attitude, along with your dishonesty, is unacceptable. Just remember, in this life, there is a Law of Karma, and you will reap what you sow."
