"Terrible customer service! I ordered general tso chicken with lo mein instead of fried rice and they gave me a tub of general tso sauce and a large lo mein. I called and asked them for a discount and to replace it and immediately starts out with we don’t make mistakes and tells me their gonna charge me for a re delivery instead of fixing the mistake. He then tells me they will repeat the phone call of the order, sure enough it’s them asking 3 TIMES if I want general tso chicken with lo mein and me saying yes! They still denied it! HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE The way the man was talking to me makes me think he need his world rocked."
