"Ordered and paid for Catfish at the Truman Marketplace location and was given gross Tilapia. Didn't realize it until I got home. Wasn't a mistake. I believe they're intentionally selling you Tilapia in place of Catfish on occasion thinking most will be none the wiser. Our fried shrimp apparently were cooked in old grease, instead of being golden brown they were an unappetizing dark, dark brown and tasted burnt.
