"Considering the poor quality of the food to begin with, I've never ordered from them again. Over the years, I've seen friends, desperate for a meal, ignore my warnings and buy food from Sopranos only to end up sick and having terrible experiences. I don’t usually write reviews, but I feel compelled to share this warning. I wish you luck if you choose to ignore it. If I could give them less than one star, I would. This establishment needs a health inspector to take a closer look."

"The Pizza Lounge located at 10555 Pearland Parkway Houston, TX 77089 is hands down, absolutely the best pizza in and around the Houston area! I was absolutely floored from the service received from the time we entered this establishment until we left. Amir provided first class service to my table offering very tasty happy hour drinks from the bar and introducing selected items from the menu. Each item ordered was presented beautifully, piping hot! The cauliflower crusted pizza shown was absolutely exquisite! We also ordered a 14 inch pizza with beef, pepperoni and peppers which tasted wonderful and looked perfect! My family and I will definitely be back!"

"I've given this place a few chances and tried various dishes, but everything has been just okay—not good, but not terrible either. The best way to describe the food is that it's extremely mediocre. We didn't really enjoy our meals but ended up eating them just to avoid wasting food. We might consider going back if it were the only restaurant open one night or if we lived or worked nearby, but we would never say, "Hey, let's go eat there.""

"Amato's is famous for its straightforward yet delicious sandwiches and pizzas. The portions are generous and the food is flavorful, though you might want to be prepared for a bit of grease. Some of our top picks for lunch include the tuna Italian, steak and cheese, and chicken parm subs, which often leave us with leftovers. The pazzo bread and stuffers are a fantastic value and can easily serve as a satisfying meal on their own. While the wraps are decent, we prefer the traditional sandwiches. The prices are very reasonable, especially when compared to other sandwich shops in the area. The staff is busy but always friendly, and our orders have consistently been ready on time. There's plenty of parking at the St. John's St. location, and the service is usually quite speedy."

"I ordered a calzone with pepperoni, sausage, and black olives, along with a drink and mozzarella sticks. The mozzarella sticks weren’t great, but the calzone was AMAZING—definitely one of the best I’ve had in a long time. It would have been nice to have one of the TVs on, as the restaurant was completely silent, which felt a bit depressing. On the plus side, there was plenty of comfortable seating, and the restaurant was very clean. The couple who runs the place is super nice, and the neighborhood is lovely. I’d recommend it and will definitely be back to try the pizza!"

"I highly recommend this restaurant. The food is outstanding! Every dish we sampled was bursting with flavor and cooked to perfection. Our waiter, Jeremy, was exceptionally friendly and attentive, making sure we had a fantastic experience. Because my kids have food allergies, he communicated with the chef to ensure everything was safe for them. Jeremy truly went above and beyond, and we felt lucky to have him as our server. I also want to mention the manager, Taylor, who was wonderful. She took the time to chat with us and made my family feel very welcome. Thank you to your amazing staff! My family and I will definitely be returning on our annual trip to Saint Augustine."

"This was a disappointment. So the wait for a table was 30 mins, not unusual for any restaurant on a weekend. But finally seated and waited 40 mins for a waiter to come to our table. It may have been longer if my husband didnt flag someone down to ask if anybody would wait on us. Finally get a waiter who then says she ddnt know she had our table. We order drinks. They were no good. We order food. The fishermans catch and some king crab, snow crab and a batch of fries. The food comes out within 10 mins...... Not normal for fresh seafood. The fisherman platter consist of shrimp, cod, calamari and clam strips fried. Calamari was rubber along with the clam strips. Cod and shrimp taste like it came right out of the freezer at an Aldi supermarket and right into some oil that was too hot which gave off a burnt taste. Now for the Crab platter. The Mr. Crab sauce was no good. Burnt garlic, and type of spice or red pepper flakes in it followed the taste of the garlic. The butter used for the sauce taste like it had been sitting heating all night and to top it off it was salty. The King crab is 46$ a pound for over cooked crab. The snow Crab was another 26 per pound of once again over cooked and dry crab. Sitting in this bag of burnt sauce. The only thing decent were the fries and they came out later than the seafood which should have taken longer to cook if it was fresh. In total it was 160$ for the meal. Over priced, overcooked, overlooked. I will not be returning to this place. The people that come here seriously know nothing about fresh seafood nor good customer service. If you want good seafood go to Crab du jour. The drinks are not that good but the prices are better, good customer service and fresh seafood with great flavor."
