"Patsy has always been a favorite of me, but tonight was a mixed experience. We had a timely reservation, but came to find that there are no tables available and only said, wait. The manager went away from us and didn't come back to check us until we approached him again. It was disappointing that nobody apologized for the delay or even offered a drink. We waited to sit near 30 minutes. Once sat, our waiter was fine, but we always had to ask him for something. Luckily, the pizza is consistently good, so it was the saving grace."
