"The Crazy Fries arrived quickly and were quite substantial. These are spiral-cut potato wedges topped with bacon, pulled pork, cheese sauce, grilled jalapeños, cilantro crema, and salsa. They were absolutely delicious and filling enough that we could have made a meal just out of them. Next came the California Orchard Salad, which was a delightful mix of green apples, grapes, oranges, strawberries, celery, almonds, cranberries, avocado slices, mixed greens, and blue cheese crumbles. Since I was sharing the salad with my husband, who isn’t a fan of blue cheese, we requested the cheese on the side. We were also given a selection of dressings to try. Honey mustard is our favorite, but there was also an avocado dressing, among others. To make sure we both enjoyed the salad, we asked for honey mustard and avocado dressing on the side. We were glad we did, as the avocado dressing wasn’t to our liking, but the honey mustard paired beautifully with the fruit in the salad. When our BBQ combo plate arrived, we were impressed by the generous portions of brisket and three substantial ribs, accompanied by both cornbread and garlic bread. Unsure which to try, we opted to pay a little extra for both types of bread. They came out grilled with a side of butter. The garlic bread was decent, but the cornbread was a standout—especially with its caramelized edges from the grill. We sampled several BBQ sauces from the caddy and found that we liked the Apricot Chipotle and Smokey BBQ best, even though the meats were flavorful enough on their own. Delicious! Lastly, we chose roasted Brussels sprouts for our Market Side, and it was an excellent choice. They were crispy, light, and tasty. We were very glad we stopped for an early dinner, and we even took home leftovers for lunch the next day!"

"I was looking forward to trying this place as I had been hearing such good things about this place since high school (3 years ago)! We headed to Massena for an errand this afternoon and I thought this was the perfect opportunity! We came in and sat down and the atmosphere seemed fun and inviting! Immediately I worried about my grandmother; as all of the lower top tables were taken; (high tops are hard for her to sit). Obviously, not their fault. Nonetheless, we sat and were greeted almost immediately and asked what we wanted to drink. Nearly 10 minutes later we received them. That was kinda irritating, but I’m a server myself and I know how things can get so I let it slide. As we waited to put our orders in, I noticed almost everyone around us had either been taken care of or was eating except one table. It was awhile until we were greeted to put our orders in; but regardless, I let it slide. We put our orders in…my grandmother ordered French onion soup and a BLT with chips, I ordered a CUP of loaded chili and a southwest burger with tater tots.My grandmothers soup came out, but my chili did not. I figured, “well maybe it’s not ready and there bringing it soon”. My grandmother was halfway done with her soup when our food came out. My grandmothers order was correct, but I received a southwest burger with ONION RINGS. And still no chili, so I decided to speak up and then the server ran into the kitchen to which I think he forgot it on the counter and nuked it in the microwave because bits of it were hot and others cold. At this point, I wasn’t impressed. Not only did I receive my appetizer- after my meal- but it was cold. I wasn’t the only one that wasn’t impressed either. I witnessed a table get up and leave as soon as we got our food, to which I’m assuming is because they ordered before us. Which is totally a reasonable excuse.I wasn’t impressed with the food-for the price and for the “basic and bland” taste. I’ve had the same burger 30 other different places for cheaper and better. Not to mention- when they charged me for the yucky chili they charged me for a bowl when I ordered a CUP. Won’t be going back. So disappointing!"

"I'm here at Strickland's,service is very slow.my first waitress brought me my drink, then disappeared, after about 10 minutes, after skipping over me several times, she brought another waitress and said she had to leave, but she is still here waiting on others, maybe I remind Remind her of someone she don't like, but I've never been here,I live in Panama City Beach FL.i come to Paducah every 6 weeks,I want come back here again.i ordered some Bienville oysters, there wasn't anything about them that was Bienville, just Parmesan cheese ,and some kind of little red dots? Nothing more than a grilled oyster.the waitress is still here, she ain't leaving?I'm dressed well,no dirty clothes or dirty face, maybe I smell, but not likely.normally I tip good,20-30 percent, but not today, maybe 5 percent,if that.well no I want do that .15 minutes later and still waiting .2 couples that came in after me has their order.(The waittess is still here).finally got my order, fish tacos,I should have went to taco bell, seriously,it was supposed to have cabbage on it,but with no exaggeration there was may a teaspoon of cabbage ,also had a bowl of gumbo,it wasn't gumbo,it was a stew with with a couple of miniature shrimp.i am a chef at a beachfront restaurant in Panama City Beach, and I realize that I am in Northwest Kentucky but this meal was terrible, and I'm sure people comes here and eats the stuff but they don't know better, probably never had real seafood. I am leaving but I did leave a 20% tip, it's not the waitress's fault for that the chef don't know how to cook. And it's probably not his fault. He's because he's probably never been trained the right way."
