"Poor poor poor customer service. Placed an order for 25 puffs, when I picked up the boxed puffs, I asked if I could have an extra box, cashier said no; when I have the box in my hand I noticed the puffs were kinda heavy so I asked again, cashier said no, if I really wanted could only give me an extra plastic bag; the cream puffs were ordered to for an office party of course I would prefer box so I tried again, for the 3rd time, for just a paper box, cashier asked someone from the kitchen, and again refused my reasonable request. I spent 90 dollars, but couldn't get one extra paper box. The box was so thin the handle couldn't hold the weight of the puffs, 1 of the box tore from the handle and if it wasn't my friend's help the whole box could've fell off the floor."
