"I recently took my son to lunch at the Santee location, and it turned out to be a complete disaster! The service was terrible, the food was cold and unappetizing, and part of our order was either forgotten or never placed at all. We had to ask for our drinks and utensils three times before they finally brought them. It was the worst service I've ever experienced! When my son and I requested to speak with the manager, she refused to talk to us. I will never return! I was genuinely surprised, as our previous visits had always been good in terms of service and food. If the restaurant had been busy, I might have understood, but it was practically empty."
