"We decided to try Gaspar’s Deli based on a recommendation from a fellow group member. Like many delis we've visited, Gaspar’s doesn’t stand out much from the outside. Inside, the lighting is quite dim. They don’t have a signature sandwich, so we chose a prosciutto and mozzarella sandwich with red peppers for our #DeliFridays lunch. The sandwiches came on a choice of roll or hero, and we wanted to compare them to others we've tried. My friend initially suggested heading back to SKC, but I convinced him to stay and order takeout here. Later, he called to say he preferred Gaspar’s hero over the last three delis we’d visited, though I still favored the “bomb” sandwich. While we waited, we took a moment to look around. The walls were decorated with old photos and clocks, creating a nostalgic deli feel. Although there were no seats, the overall vibe was inviting. I noticed a good number of locals stopping by. It might not be the cleanest place we’ve seen, but it worked well for takeout. I had the chance to speak with a woman there, possibly one of the owners, who shared some great recommendations on their meats and cheeses. The sandwich maker was also very helpful and suggested adding the red peppers, which were an extra charge. All in all, we enjoyed a nice lunch—takeout style!"

"Our waitress was friendly and attentive, but the food was just mediocre, and the atmosphere left something to be desired. The restaurant felt quite warm, and the tables were too closely packed together. Even though we aren't large individuals, getting out of our seats required the person next to us to stand up, push their chair in, and make space for us to exit. This awkward arrangement affected diners at neighboring tables as well, making for an uncomfortable experience. I believe that removing one table from each side of the dining area would significantly improve comfort. Despite having made a reservation weeks in advance, we were seated at a table meant for four, even though our group consisted of five adults. The person at the end of the table struggled with the table legs being in the way and lacked sufficient space for their plates and utensils. When the food arrived, it was indeed tasty, but the portions of protein were disappointing. For example, my pasta and chicken dish contained very little chicken compared to what I experienced on previous visits. Given this recent experience, I’m not sure if we would return or recommend Bella Luna to others."

"I've been working in the area recently and have been stopping in for lunch a few times a week. It's a tiny little deli on a corner. Really good food, hard working, pleasant staff, and clean. Not much more you can ask for in a deli. They make great sandwiches and have some different hot food every day. Oh, and my favorite thing about this place, The Sopranos is constantly on their TV."

"I just tasted the best Pizza in Queens! I was hungry when I spotted this hidden GEM. I walked in and was treated like royalty. The staff in the place have great hearts, big smiles, and you will feel the love when you walk into the business. I ordered two regular slices and took a seat in the back. Did I mention how beautiful the place looks? The paintings on the wall and the cleaning bring this place to life. I have made sure to take pictures so you can see. But Irecommend you go out there. I came to find out this place is newly owned by Sal and Tabbie, who were eager to accommodate every other patron that walked in tonight and me. They are attentive, kind and lovable. Now let me tell you aboutthe pizza. If this were my last meal, I would not be disappointed; I would be pleased. This pizza is definitely in the top 10 in NYC. The crust, sauce, and cheese hit my tongue and made my taste buds come alive. I never knew what the termmouth-watering meant till I ate a slice of Nonnaz pizza. My mouth watered, and I had to grab a napkin so it would not drip on my clothes, the table, or food. Excellent service, beautiful ambiance, clean, and amazing food all make thisplace a hit! Please do not take my review lightly, as I have regularly visited all the top pizzerias in the city. You name it, I have been there. I am a pizza connoisseur. Travel from wherever you are and you will be glad that you stoppedby and had the most amazing pizza in town!"

"I tried to place an order over the phone but they never answered, so I decided to order through door dash instead. However, they never confirmed my order. When I went downstairs to inquire about it, one of the employees became defensive and claimed they never received the order. I showed him the pending order on my phone, but he was rude and continued to insist that I take it up with door dash. He appeared to be drunk and was very unprofessional. Because of his behavior, I chose to leave without ordering and I will not be returning to this restaurant. I hope they can learn to be more professional in the future."
