"After an incredible first experience dining at Amuse a few months ago, I eagerly anticipated this second visit. As with my first visit, I left immensely impressed with the chef’s command of flavor and cooking technique, as well as the attention to detail demonstrated by the artful plating The menu is arranged with one-size small plates and flexible-size large plates, such that one can have the large-plate meal in a “half-size” format. With such a plethora of flavorful dishes on offer, I highly recommend ordering everything as a small plate No two dishes offered at Amuse are the same, and every dish at Amuse is delicious! At this dining experience, I ordered the following dishes: Grilled Endive, Seared and Chilled Ahi Tuna, Charred Artichokes, and (the small format) Elihu Farm’s Lamb Meatball Tagine. Highlights included the lemon aioli served with the Charred Artichokes (a showstopper, and I heard the table beside mine singing its praises too), and the preparation of the Ahi Tuna (a razor thin and crispy sear, with a tender and delicate interior) Amuse remains an absolute “must” in the Saratoga Springs dining scene.
